We have two Condos to choose from.  Both Condos are close to each other if the reservations are for two families or a large group.  They are both fully decorated with a 3-4 mile lake view. 

Unit 111 is a One Bedroom Unit that sleeps 3-4 people, with a fully decorated Living Room that has cable television, pull out couch-bed (sleeps two), a fireplace, Kitchen with cooking utensils and appliances, Bathroom and Master Suite.  The Living Room and Master Suite both have floor to ceiling windows and door that comes out to a covered patio.  You are only a few steps away from the dock to enjoy the lake. **This Unit has the opotion of short or long term rental agreement.

Winter Rate:  $70.00 a ninight with a one time cleaning fee of $57.00 

Unit 841 is a top level – Two Bedroom Penthouse that sleeps 4-5 people, with a fully decorated Living Room that has cable television, fireplace, Kitchen with cooking utensils and appliances, washer and dryer, Guest Bathroom and Bedroom, Master Suite with a full private Bath.  The Living Room and Master Suite both have floor to ceiling windows and door that comes out to a fully furnished patio.  You are walking distance from the dock to enjoy the lake.

Also available for rent at the same time of Condo Rental is a Jet Ski Slip and a covered 14X34 ft. Boat Slip.  Boat launches are close by.  On the grounds we have designated trailer parking spaces available. 

The Condos are in a very clean, quiet, nicely kept community.  On the grounds there is a full Security Staff, Club House for rental, two pools (one is water front view), hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts.

The Condos are conveniently located near the finest Boating, Fishing, Golfing, Putt-Putt, Go-Karting, Shopping, Fine Restaurants, Live Entertainment and other Recreational activities for any budget and a great time.
